Circle One Skimboards
At Circle One, we lead the charge in skimboard manufacturing in the UK. Drawing on our deep expertise in crafting surfboards, we've created a collection of high-performance skimboards tailored for riders ready to elevate their skimboarding experience to new levels.
Hand-finished for optimal strength-to-weight ratio, our skimboards feature top-quality materials like Porcher ‘E’ fibreglass and aerospace-grade 3k 220g/m3 Carbon Fibre. They excel in shallow waters, offering extra volume for catching waves and mastering tricks like the 360, Ollie, and Shove-it.
Just like their origins in Laguna Beach, California, these boards are ideal for sandy shore breaks, allowing you to explore the thrill of this awesome sport. Also versatile enough for wakesurfing and light wind kitesurfing!
Choosing the Right Skimboard
Choosing the right size skimboard can depend on a number of factors: weight, height, physical rider characteristics, experience level and whether you want to mainly pull tricks or prefer to ride a wave. The general rule is that you need enough flotation to hold your weight and get you out to the deeper water of the shore break. At Circle One, we have used our years of experience and knowledge of Skimboarding to put together a Skimboard Size Grid (below) to help you choose the right board.
| Rider Weight | Recommended Skimboard Length/s | |
