The Reedin SuperModel HTF 2 is all about taking performance to the next level. For 2024, the focus has been on weight reduction—up to 15% lighter across the range (450g saved on the 9m!)—and a completely re-engineered 12-point bridle system. The result? What’s New in the SuperModel HTF 2?
15% Lighter Build
Thanks to smarter reinforcements, lighter strut materials, and refined bladder/bridle attachments, the SuperModel HTF 2 is significantly lighter. You’ll feel it immediately in quicker response, tighter loops, and better handling in light wind.
12-Point Bridle System
The move from an 8-point to a 12-point bridle gives the kite a rock-solid feel. Expect smoother turning, more stability in gusty winds, and vastly improved high-end control.
Hybrid Torsion Frame 2
A combination of stiff central Dacron and longer FlexLite segments on the leading edge ensures precise handling and faster, more responsive turning. Every size reacts sharper while staying intuitive.
FlexStrut Lite
New 90gsm material in the struts reduces weight and creates a smoother flex pattern, improving responsiveness while maintaining strength and durability.
HTF LW Sizes
The 14m and 16m are tuned specifically for light wind. With wider wingtips and updated LE construction, they turn faster and feel smaller than they are—perfect for maximising sessions in marginal conditions.
