Price Match Terms & Conditions

At Northern Watersports, we aim to offer competitive prices on all our products. If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match it — subject to the following conditions:

1. Exact Match:
   The product must be identical — including model, size, colour, year, and specification.

2. UK Retailers Only:
   We only match prices from authorised UK retailers. We do not match prices from auction sites, private sellers, sole traders, or any non-authorised retailers.

3. Exclusions:
   We do not price match Amazon or any international websites.

4. Shipping Costs:
   When comparing with an online retailer, delivery and shipping fees will be included in the total price comparison.

5. Before You Buy:
   All price match requests must be made prior to purchase. We do not offer retrospective refunds or reimbursements after an order has been placed.

6. Advertised Prices Only:
   We only match publicly advertised prices. This excludes temporary promotions, voucher codes, cashback offers, loyalty points, or bundled deals.

7. Finance Exclusion:
   Finance options are not available when purchasing an item under our Price Match offer.

8. Verification:
   We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s price and availability before approving a match.

9. How to Request a Price Match:
   To request a price match, please email us at info@northernwatersports.co.uk or use our contact form.
   Include the following details:

   • Your full name and contact information

   • The product name and model you wish to purchase

   • A link or screenshot showing the competitor’s price and website

   • Any additional relevant information

   Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
