The Ozone Contact Water V5 is the latest evolution of Ozone’s proven control bar system. Designed for all Ozone water kites, it combines simplicity, safety, and performance in a clean, refined package.

Building on the trusted V4, the new V5 introduces a redesigned clamcleat base, improved bar grip, and the latest V2 bio-based Dyneema® modular flying lines. The result is a system that’s smoother, lighter, and more durable — built to deliver the precise, direct Ozone feel riders love.

With its intuitive layout, Click-In Loop quick release, and PU-covered depower line, the V5 provides effortless trimming, reliable flag-out safety, and total confidence for freeride, wave, and freestyle riders alike.

Exceptional Ozone Factory Construction
All Ozone bars are built in-house at Ozone’s factory alongside their kites, wings, and foils. Each component is hand-checked for quality using the same stringent processes applied to their paragliders and speed wings.

Innovative Click-In Loop
Ozone’s push-away quick release features a one-step reload that’s intuitive and AFNOR NF S52-503 certified. It’s simple, secure, and ready to reconnect instantly on the water.

Two Release Modes

• Standard Mode – 100% flag-out in all situations, whether released or let go unhooked.

• Expert Mode – 100% flag-out only when the Click-In Loop is released while hooked in, ideal for riders training handle passes.

Three Loop Size Options
Available in Small, Medium, and Large harness loops:

• Small – For hooked-in riders or shorter reach

• Medium – Supplied as standard

• Large – For unhooked tricks or longer reach

Spinning Head with Anti-Twist Flag-Out Line
The stainless steel swivel ring rotates internally with the flag-out line, keeping everything tangle-free when manually untwisting your front lines.

Soft Bar Ends with Leader Line Adjustment
Cushioned bar ends reduce impact on boards and riders. Internal knots within the floats allow for easy tuning of leader line length and bar pressure.

Lightweight Aluminium Centre Piece
