Product Pricing
All prices are given in GBP (pound sterling) /£. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) at the applicable rate.
Shipping Costs
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. These fees may vary based on the service selected.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only, including the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
If you place an order with a shipping address outside the UK, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
We do not offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland or any other international locations.
Order processing and processing time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Sunday). Our cut-off time is 1:00 PM (GMT London), but for urgent next-day deliveries, call us before 3:30 PM—we may still be able to process your order.
Next working day delivery only applies to the mainland UK. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Processing time includes reviewing your order, quality control and packaging.

All shipping costs shown at checkout are final—no hidden fees or extra handling charges.
- Couriers we use for express shipping are Royal Mail and DPD Courier.
- Your delivery method is chosen based on the value of your total order.
- Standard delivery cost: Free delivery for all orders over £60. For the orders below £60 we charge £2.95
- Standard delivery time: 2 to 5 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Express delivery cost: Free delivery for All orders over £60. For the orders below £60 we charge £7.95
- Express delivery time: 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Tracked Next Day delivery: We charge £14.99 for next day delivery
We also offer weight based shipping for express shipping. Shipping cost depends on the total weight of purchased products. Weight based shipping details are given below:

Order/shipping tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Order cancellation:
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at [email protected] or call us at +441516620318. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged goods
We take great care in the packaging of your orders, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us at +441516620318. Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement or refund.
Change of address
If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at [email protected] or call us on +441516620318. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.
