Description
Core Pace Pro 2
The Core Pace Pro 2 is CORE's dedicated ultra-high-performance big air machine, and the biggest change from the original Pace Pro is right there in the airframe: the three-strut design has been replaced by a five-strut Aluula® construction. The result is significantly more boost, far greater stability at the top of the wind range, and a solid, planted feel on the bridle when things get serious.
Where the XR Pro rewards sheet-and-go power, the Pace Pro 2 is built around loaded pop — you actively build the load before take-off and release it on your terms. It sits deliberately close to the XR family without copying its character, and it rewards riders who want to unlock performance rather than have it handed to them.
A slightly increased sweep, more depth through the centre section and reworked bridle tuning give the Pace Pro 2 the hangtime, controlled lift and clean loop radii modern big air demands. CORE also targeted a clearly defined second lift — after take-off the kite keeps supporting you through a sustained lift phase, which is the difference between a scrappy landing and a clean one.
Loops are tuned for control rather than violence: less aggressive than the XR Pro, but with cleaner radii and more predictable timing. In the smaller sizes it will still handle double loops without getting away from you.
Key Features
-
5-Strut Airframe – far more boosting power and high-end stability than the 3-strut predecessor
-
Aluula® Leading Edge – the stiffest airframe material available, for precise power transmission
-
ExoTex® Light Struts – paired with Aluula for the first time, keeping steering fast and weight gain minimal
-
Second Lift – sustained lift phase after take-off for longer, more controlled hangtime
-
Clean, Predictable Loops – tuned for controlled single and heli loops with reliable timing
-
Fixed 14-Point Bridle – supports the arc while allowing thinner leading edge diameters
-
CoreTex® 2 Triple Ripstop Canopy – extremely low stretch, linear power delivery, high flight stability
-
Kevlar Patches – abrasion-resistant reinforcement on high-stress leading edge and strut areas
-
Hyperflow System – 33% larger strut hoses and valves for double the airflow
Important – Bar Compatibility
The Pace Pro 2 must be flown on a CORE Sensor 4S or Sensor 4S Pro bar. Its fixed bridle only fully depowers with the Single Frontline Safety (SFS+) system. Older Sensor 3S and earlier bars will not flag the kite out completely. If you're unsure what you're running, give us a call before you order — we'd rather have the conversation than have you find out on the water.

Why Buy the Core Pace Pro 2
If you're serious about big air and kiteloops, the Pace Pro 2 is one of the most focused tools on the market. The move to five struts transforms its high-end composure without dulling the loop character that made the original Pace Pro so popular, and the Aluula leading edge keeps power transmission razor sharp. It stays calm and predictable exactly where other kites start getting nervous — which is what lets you commit.
