Naish Odyssey DW | Downwind Foil Board

The 2026 Naish Odyssey DW is built for one thing: making downwind glide accessible. We set out to design a versatile board that's quick to paddle up and nimble on foil in both short-period and long-period swell, finalised with Andrew Gibbons to be ready for everything from a weekend cruise to top-level racing.

Who it's for

Downwind foilers and light-air wingers chasing maximum glide, quick foil engagement and efficient bump-linking. Larger sizes suit beginners and intermediates; smaller sizes suit intermediate to advanced.

Tri Plane Bottom

Three planes transition from nose to tail to reduce planing speed and make pop-ups easier. You get earlier release, smoother acceleration and cleaner lift-off.

Hybrid Rocker Line

More rocker in the front and tail with a flatter section through the standing area and tracks. You fit into tight bumps, keep speed building, and drop in with more control across short- and long-period swell.

Hard-edge displacement hull

A convex displacement hull at the nose flows into a concave sharp lower rail, allowing easy redirection on the water and quick release.

16" foil tracks

A long track range fine-tunes foil position for different foils and conditions – balance the setup for stability, speed or easier lift-off.

Construction

Biax carbon/biax glass PVC and wood sandwich with carbon-reinforced foil boxes, with a narrow outline and even volume distribution for a stable board that accelerates quickly and makes progression easier.

Sizing

Offered from 90L (7'2") to 140L (8'10") in White/Yellow.

What's in the box

Supplied with an automatic vent screw fitted in the board and a leash string.
